All orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 weeks of purchase and shipped by USPS or UPS.

For Merch Orders damaged in shipping, we will work to replace the product when possible.

Book purchases are sold in GOOD condition, but mint condition cannot be guaranteed. In cases where there is major damage to books in shipping, refunds can be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

All Original Art Purchases are FINAL.
